The Curious Barista's Guide to Coffee

In an unprecidented turn of events Tristan turned his hand to a coffee book back in 2014 and The Curious Barista's Guide to Coffee was the result. Fortunately, Tristan has some history of with coffee, having placed third in the UK Barista Championships back in 2008. He was also the man that sucessfully harvested, processed, roasted and brewed the first ever cup of coffee from the Eden Project in Cornwall, back in 2006.

The Curious Barista's Guide to Coffee is a comprehensive study on the history, economics and culture of the global coffee industry. It also includes a large section coffee processing, roasting, and tasting. Finally, the book documents a number of different ways to brew coffee at home along with detailed discussion around espresso.

The Curious Baristas Guide to Coffee is now available in both its original format and a new pocket size edition which is exactly the same as the original only it's smaller.
